Leise Transformation

It really varies. Every topic and every person has their own pace. Some people make progress with just a single session. Others prefer guidance throughout a longer process. For that, I offer packages:

  • 3, 5, or 9 sessions over a 3-month period.

We’ll figure out together what works best for you during a free introductory consultation (30 min.), where I’ll provide you with an initial assessment.

I reserve one spot each month at a reduced rate for people with lower incomes. Feel free to reach out to me about this.

Our coaching sessions together aim to strengthen your ability to become more self-aware and to act effectively based on that awareness.

  • It is a goal- and resource-oriented process. This means we work with what you bring to the table: your issues, your experiences, and your motivation. I support you by actively listening, reflecting your perspectives back to you, and helping you reflect on yourself.
  • Coaching, in this context, means neither counseling nor therapy. It is not about self-optimization or a quick fix. Coaching is an invitation to honest self-awareness, to develop sustainable solutions that feel right for you in the long term.
  • What coaching cannot provide: support during acute mental health crises, for substance use disorders, personality disorders, or when the ability to cope with daily life is severely limited. In such cases, therapeutic support is the more appropriate approach.

Read more about this in the next section or contact me by email.

Coaching is helpful when you’re in the midst of — or on the verge of — a period of change, want to break out of an old pattern, are facing an important decision, or have a vague feeling that something isn’t quite right anymore, but you don’t yet know what that might be or what your next step should be. Maybe you’re just looking for someone who will really listen.

If you’re wondering whether coaching is right for you, it already means that something inside you has caught your attention and you’re ready for change.

I’d be happy to answer any further questions.

  • Coaching requires a largely stable mental health and focuses on the future: on resources, goals, and concrete next steps. In coaching, you develop your own next steps. I take on the role of reflecting your process by actively listening and supporting you in examining situations from different perspectives, without dictating solutions. The process can certainly go deep, depending on how far you’re willing to go.
  • Therapy aims to promote health and alleviate symptoms that constitute a medical condition and is regulated by law. A therapist works with diagnoses and treats mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, or trauma.

Coaching and therapy can complement and be combined effectively. This should be discussed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis with the practicing therapist.

If it becomes clear during the process that therapeutic support would be more appropriate, I’ll address this openly and help you find the right next step.

A session usually lasts 60–90 minutes. We start right where you are. You share what’s on your mind, and I listen actively. The conversation unfolds based on what you share.

Depending on the topic and the moment, we may incorporate body-oriented exercises, a short meditation, or moments of silence.

At the end of each session, we reflect together on what you’re taking away: a thought, an insight, or a specific next step.

Coaching topics are as diverse as life itself and can relate to both professional and personal development.

Here are a few examples:

Transition / Reorientation / Self-Development

  • I feel something inside me that wants to come out, but I can’t quite put my finger on it yet.
  • My old role has changed or no longer fits. I want to grow and figure out what truly suits me.
  • I’m looking for clarity and reflection as I embark on a new project.

Internal and External Conflicts

  • I’m facing an important decision and want to get a sense of what feels right.
  • It feels as if two (or more) voices are speaking inside me. I don’t know which one to listen to.
  • I have many ideas for projects; I’m looking for clarity on how to take the first step.

Resilience and Exhaustion

  • I often feel exhausted. I’m able to function, but I find it hard to relax.
  • I’m looking for a sense of ease in my tasks and in my interactions with others.
  • I just need someone to listen.

(Self-)Leadership

  • I lead a team and often find myself caught in the middle. I want to do a good job.
  • I often feel as though I’m being controlled by others, as if I’m reacting instead of taking action.
  • I keep coming back to the same place.

I translate the word “mindful” as “conscious awareness.” In our work together, we’ll practice developing your inner and outer awareness.

You’ll learn to be present in the moment without immediately judging it or reacting to it.

Mindfulness is an attitude, a repeated invitation to pause and approach yourself with openness and kindness.

  • Systemic coaching views you within the context of your relationships, roles, and systems: family, work, and society. It assumes that patterns and dynamics often arise not only within us, but also in interaction with our environment.
  • Psychodynamic coaching looks at what lies beneath the surface: recurring patterns, inner conflicts, and unconscious impulses that influence our actions, often without us even realizing it.

In our work together, I combine both approaches. This means we look at you as a whole person, with your history, your roles, and your inner aspects. This helps us better understand what drives you today and what holds you back.

No, there’s no guarantee. I’ll be completely honest with you.

What I can also tell you honestly is that it’s always worth investing in a coaching process. You’ll have the chance to get to know yourself better and receive support through challenging internal and external processes. In the long run, this will help you be more relaxed, clear-headed, and self-assured, and shape your life effectively in the way that feels aligned to yourself.

The success of coaching depends largely on your motivation. The more open you are to the process, the more promising the outcome will be.

Coaching works best when you’re willing to be honest with yourself and adopt new perspectives.

Neuroaesthetics—or neuroarts—is the study of how art and aesthetic experiences measurably alter the body, the brain, and behavior—and how this knowledge is translated into specific practices that promote health and well-being. Aesthetic experiences refer to the feelings, emotions, and perceptions that arise from any art form, from listening to music to viewing a painting to experiencing a designed space.

Yess, that´s possible. Reiki sessions can be booked individually or in combination with coaching, for an in person appointment in Berlin.

I practice Reiki according to Usui Reiki Ryoho, a Japanese method that traces its origins back to Mikao Usui. Through gentle hand placement and presence, your attention can be directed inward, allowing for deeper, meditative states of relaxation to arise and, in turn, providing access to inner images or processes that are otherwise inaccessible in everyday life.

Reiki complements coaching work in situations where words alone are not enough. Feel free to ask me about it.

In an time characterized by growing complexity, crises, and advancing AI development, Leise Transformation offers a conscious counterpoint. I am present. I listen carefully and give you space so that what wants to become loud within you can be heard, and so that you can conciously shape your next step.

I believe that the body often already knows what the mind is still searching for. That’s why I use meditation, movement, and artistic installations to create spaces that allow you to become more aware of yourself without having to speak.
